By using the kkbd website and services, you fully agree to these terms and conditions. They apply to all users in Bangladesh and compliance is mandatory. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Kkbd is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you are an adult and legally entitled to use this platform. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

- Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of those new terms.
- Registered users may be notified of significant changes.
Account Creation & Security
To create an account on kkbd, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Only one account may be registered per mobile number. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the kkbd support team immediately.
Identity verification (OTP) must be completed before your first withdrawal. kkbd may request additional verification at any time. Accounts created with false information will be terminated.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
All users of the kkbd platform are required to comply with the following:
- Register with accurate, truthful information and keep it up to date.
- Your account is for your use only — sharing access with others is strictly prohibited.
- Do not attempt to bypass any security measures on the platform.
- Attempting to access another user's account or collect their information is strictly prohibited.
- Fraud, deception, or any form of dishonest activity on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Accessing the platform using automated bots or other software is prohibited.
Kkbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice if any of the above rules are violated.
Payments, Transactions & Account Funds
All financial transactions on kkbd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are available for deposits and withdrawals. Each transaction has its own limits and processing times, which are on the Payment page Details are provided.
- After making a deposit, you must submit the transaction ID correctly.
- Transactions submitted with incorrect details may not be processed.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a registered and verified mobile banking account.
- Kkbd reserves the right to hold or investigate any transaction suspected of being fraudulent.
- Upon account closure, verified balances are subject to refund per standard policy, except in cases of fraud.
Limitation of Liability
Kkbd strives to keep its services running smoothly and free of errors. However, kkbd is not liable for temporary disruptions caused by technical issues, server downtime, or third-party problems. kkbd is not obligated to provide compensation for any losses or missed opportunities resulting from technical faults.
Sports Betting outcomes depend on real match results, and kkbd has no control over those outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kkbd platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and graphics — is the intellectual property of kkbd. Users may not copy, distribute, or reuse any platform content without prior permission. Third-party game providers' intellectual property rights also apply.
Third-Party Connections
The kkbd platform may integrate third-party game providers and payment services. These third-party services operate under their own terms and conditions, and kkbd is not responsible for their actions.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the courts of Bangladesh.
Account Suspension, Closure & Terms Changes
Kkbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Evidence of fraud or deceptive activity is found.
- Evidence of managing multiple accounts is found.
- Registration was completed using false information.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period.
Users may request to close their account at any time. If a verified balance remains in the account at the time of the request, it will be returned in accordance with the designated process.
Kkbd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and take effect from the date of publication. We recommend checking this page regularly.
